The Director of Physical Therapy directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients. This role oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff and ensures the physical therapy division follows regulatory compliance requirements and standard procedures. The Director relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy required
- 7+ years of experience in the field
- License to practice in Texas is required
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
Responsibilities
- Directs and coordinates the policies, objectives, initiatives, and programs for the delivery of physical therapy programs to patients
- Oversees the performance of the physical therapy staff
