About The Position

HCT is seeking an experienced pharmaceutical professional to serve as an Interim Director of Pharmacy at a 50 bed hospital in WA. The Pharmacy Director's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Conduct and oversee daily inpatient operations; Looking at quality, regulatory preparedness, compliance; managing staff team of 10 Interfacing with nurse managers and other leaders and report outs; May have to be the Pharmacy PIC/Person in Charge being able to work in an inpatient pharamcy Primarily M-F with availability on weekends as needed

Requirements

• PharmD required
• 3-5 years of patient care inpatient experience
• 3-5 years of management/leadership experience
• Experience with direct bedside care/Inpatient/ clinical experience
• Licensed to practice in WA or in the process of obtaining license
• BLS required
• ACLS required

Responsibilities
