About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a Director, Permanency Services to lead the day-to-day operations of its Permanency Services Program. The director oversees clinical and administrative functions, ensures compliance with applicable regulations, and develops and implements program goals, policies, and procedures. Requirements

• Master’s degree in a human services field, or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.
