About The Position

Oversees all aspect of daily operations of the operating room and relevant ancillary support departments. Maintains a liaison relationship between various stakeholders across campus locations and counterparts across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's: Business, Health Services or related healthcare field or equivalent education/experience
• 10-12 years of recent relevant experience.
• Must have the demonstrated knowledge and interpersonal skills necessary to tactfully direct the efforts of diverse health professionals to meet patient and physician needs
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others, including management, senior management, governing bodies, physician partnerships, and other owners.
• Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and ASC/Hospital reimbursement
• Considerable knowledge of regulatory, licensing, certification, and accreditation requirements
• Adaptability to work in a large corporate environment.
• Must be a flexible, creative individual who is open to change
• Capacity to perform under deadline pressure and handle multiple sites and projects simultaneously
• Ability to act upon difficult decisions to drive desired changes, as well as a capability to lead, guide, and promote a sense of shared purpose within the team.
• Documentation and communication skills required.
• Advanced computer skills required
