We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Director of Perioperative Services at Banner North Colorado Medical Center. In this key leadership role, you will oversee a high‑performing team that includes Associate Directors and Operational Support within the departments of RN Intraoperative Services, RN Perianesthesia, Sterile Processing, and Surgery Scheduling. This position requires strong clinical leadership in a fast‑paced surgical environment. Because Banner North Colorado Medical Center is a Level II Trauma Center, candidates must bring prior experience in a Level I or II trauma setting, along with 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience within perioperative or operating room departments. This is a full‑time, salaried role primarily working Monday–Friday. Some evening, weekend, and leadership call responsibilities are part of the position. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for the direction of business operations of a facility perioperative services department(s). Tracks and manages budgets to review utilization and expenditures ensuring operational efficiency and revenue growth. Develops and implements strategies for the clinical care of a defined group of patient care/clinical area. May also have responsibility for non-clinical functions related to the clinical area(s). Plans and implements vision for patient care to ensure quality outcomes and a high degree of patient, physician and employee satisfaction
