We are seeking a high-potential, commercially driven Director, Performance Media to lead the paid media strategy and execution for Perricone MD in the US. This role is a primary engine for business growth, responsible for driving aggressive customer acquisition, revenue, and marketing efficiency across key digital channels including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. As a hands-on leader, you will combine strategic vision with executional excellence. You are expected to be both analytical and entrepreneurial, possessing the ability to optimize granular performance while contributing to broader business and brand equity objectives. In this capacity, you will manage an in-house media team, including a Senior Manager, and work cross-functionally to ensure performance media remains a central driver of market expansion. Furthermore, you will act as a strategic bridge to the UK central performance media team, sharing insights and leveraging global frameworks while maintaining full autonomy over US local market execution and results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years Industry experience: Professional background in Performance Marketing or Paid Media, with a proven track record in DTC and/or the Beauty category.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-growth media budgets ($5M+) and consistently delivering against aggressive CAC and ROAS targets.
  • Advanced technical expertise across Meta, TikTok, and Google/YouTube platforms; solid understanding of attribution, incrementality, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to navigate global environments; must be comfortable collaborating with international teams (UK central) while maintaining local US execution and ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google (Search & Display), driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Deliver consistently against core commercial metrics, including CAC, ROAS, and Cost of Sales, while aligning channel-level KPIs to overarch business objectives.
  • Support high-level media investment decisions, including complex budget allocations, pacing, and channel mix optimization to maximize efficiency.
  • Balance lower-funnel conversion tactics with broader full-funnel growth opportunities to build long-term brand equity and scale.
  • Lead the day-to-day and monthly optimization of all paid digital channels to ensure peak performance.
  • Establish and scale a structured testing roadmap covering creative assets, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
  • Maintain rigorous standards for campaign setup, tagging, tracking, and measurement to ensure data integrity and real-time reporting accuracy.
  • Lead and mentor the in-house media team, providing direct oversight for the Senior Manager of Affiliates and the Senior Manager of Paid Social.
  • Partner with Creative, Brand, CRM, and E-commerce teams to ensure a seamless consumer journey and integrated campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure media strategies remain in lockstep with broader brand and commercial priorities.
  • Manage high-level relationships with platform partners (Google, Meta, TikTok) and external agencies to unlock exclusive opportunities and support.
  • Partner with the UK central performance media team to leverage global best practices, strategic frameworks, and advanced tools.
  • Share performance insights across markets to identify opportunities for improved media effectiveness while ensuring strong local execution in the US.
  • Own the performance reporting suite and support financial planning/forecasting in partnership with Finance and Analytics teams.
  • Contribute to the evolution of attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and audience understanding to refine spend and targeting.
  • Translate raw data and consumer insights into actionable strategic recommendations that drive efficiency.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging platform trends, tools, and media opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proactively identify and pitch new approaches, channel innovations, and testing opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and audience growth.
