OVERVIEW The Director of Performance Marketing Strategy and Analytics is a pivotal role that spearheads the business modeling and data analytics for a key luxury automotive brand. This leadership position is dual-focused, requiring the visionary acumen to guide performance marketing strategy with a business-centric approach and the analytical expertise to lead a data analytics division. The role demands a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on revenue management, data-backed decision making, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with a commitment to achieving defined goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, revenue management, analytics and/or data science, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency with analytic tools (e.g., Adobe, GA4, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Python) and data warehousing solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate data findings to influence business strategy.
  • Expert-level task/project management skills are a must. We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders to clearly articulate strategic direction.

  • 3+ years of automotive and/or luxury brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies that will meet or exceed client sales and performance targets.
  • Lead the CRM strategy, enhancing customer lifecycle management, acquisition, retention, and loyalty, while providing strategic insights at every stage of planning, execution, analysis, and optimization.
  • Work with media teams to optimize channel performance in ways that drive brand perception,
  • Spearhead the identification and adoption of technology and data solutions that will enhance the customer experience while continually optimizing business performance metrics.
  • Shape and execute the digital analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
  • Build and manage a high-performing analytics team capable of generating actionable insights.
  • Maintain data governance standards across all analytic platforms for quality, integrity, and consistency.
  • Develop and oversee reporting and visualization tools, including comprehensive dashboards and reports for omnichannel stakeholders.
  • Innovate by staying abreast of the latest tools, techniques, and methodologies in analytics, incorporating these into the team’s workflow.
