The Director, Performance and Digital Marketing is a strategic, data-driven leader responsible for powering Bell’s digital performance engine across paid media, organic search, attribution, analytics, and marketing technology. This role shapes the digital strategies that fuel lead generation, conversion, and brand visibility across the entire portfolio, partnering closely with Community Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive measurable growth. This leader is responsible for connecting the dots between technology, analytics, creative, and on-site performance. You will set the vision for Bell’s paid and organic marketing approach, manage enterprise vendor partnerships, oversee campaign execution and optimization, and develop the KPIs and reporting structures that move the business forward.
