About The Position

The Director, People Resolution is responsible for leading enterprise strategy and governance for people resolution and workforce decision-making to reduce legal and reputational risk. This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law. Alternate locations may be considered if candidate resides within a commutable distance from an office.

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS and 10 years of related experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Employee Relations and HR consultation strongly preferred.
  • Strong process improvement skills strongly preferred.
  • Ability to incorporate AI and generate insights from data strongly preferred.
  • Experience cross collaborating with Legal and HR Centers of Excellence strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establishes and enforces consistent frameworks, policies, and decision models that ensure compliant, defensible, and enterprise-aligned outcomes.
  • Provides executive-level oversight and guidance on the most complex and high-risk employee relations and workforce cases.
  • Identifies systemic trends and root causes to drive policy enhancements, process improvements, and preventative risk controls.
  • Partners across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Centers of Excellence to align on risk thresholds, governance practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Designs scalable solutions that improve consistency, reduce escalations, and protect strategic HR capacity.
  • Influences senior leaders on sensitive workforce decisions with significant organizational impact.
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
