Without necessarily coming from a purely mathematical background, you bring a strong command of statistical and analytical approaches, which you leverage to deliver a clear, credible, and compelling vision. In a context of transformation within the Talent and Culture function, you will play a key role in evolving an integrated people intelligence function, moving from a descriptive perspective to a predictive and prescriptive approach, powered by advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and structured employee listening. Through your leadership, charisma, and influence, you will directly contribute to supporting executive decision-making, anticipating workforce-related risks, and strengthening the strategic role of the HR function within the organization.
