This key position on the Hotel leadership team develops policy and directs and coordinates all People & Culture activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services. Using the Woodside Spirit as a guide, the position leads and embodies the hotel's values and principles in all interactions, supporting a culture of care, growth, and performance.
