Lead and support the design, development and execution of value-based purchasing (VBP) & payment innovation programs across Centene. This role will directly support the achievement of goals and metrics related to payment innovation. Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Health Care Administration, Policy, Provider Engagement or other related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Policy, Provider Engagement or other related field required or equivalent work experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J -1, OPT, or CPT.

• Master's of Business Administration (MBA), Master's of Health Administration (MHA) or other advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop value-based purchasing model technical design & annual model updates.
• Support creation of new ideas and products to meet emerging customer needs.
• Develop value-based purchasing performance management and tracking processes/tools.
• Lead creation, development and adoption of value proposition content & collaterals with support from stakeholders.
• Lead and support value-based purchasing training & coaching across Centene including Markets and Product organizations.
• Responsible for understanding state requirements/needs to support request for proposal (RFP) and re-procurement responses (Medicaid).
• Responsible for business ownership for tools & technology that support value-based purchasing programs/models.
• Provide technical support and direction to IT & Analytics teams.
