About The Position

CG Oncology is seeking a Director of Patient Experience Marketing to design and lead patient engagement initiatives across the pre-launch, launch, and post-launch lifecycle. The role will lead development and execution of the patient and caregiver strategy for cretostimogene as the company prepares for its first commercial launch in non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). The director will build an insight-driven patient experience to help patients and caregivers understand their disease, navigate treatment decisions, access therapy, and move through the treatment journey. Initial work will focus on launch readiness in high-risk BCG-unresponsive NMIBC, while also helping shape patient strategy and market development for potential future indications, including intermediate-risk NMIBC. As a senior member of Marketing, this leader will collaborate with HCP Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Sales, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, Insights & Analytics, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and external agency partners. The role combines strategic marketing leadership with an understanding of oncology patient journeys and the ability to translate patient insights into effective programs and experiences.
