The Role We're hiring a Director, Patient Engagement & Retention to own how Cadence diagnoses, prevents, and reverses patient disengagement across our remote care programs. You'll build the engine and cross-functional workflows that identify why patients fall out of care and translate those drivers into prioritized, measurable interventions. The work spans the full patient lifecycle, from activation through ongoing chronic disease management, and moves pilots into repeatable systems.
