About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Partnerships Director in Anduril's Edge Compute and Communications business line. This is not a traditional partnerships role, however, and we welcome candidates with a wide variety of experiences. Partnerships is a critical growth area for Connected Warfare and this position will lead a growing team focused on building mutually-beneficial partnerships that result in significant program wins and revenue growth. This role is not about building to press releases and announcements, but rather to real, in-depth, multi-year partnerships with tangible responsibilities and outcomes for all parties.

Requirements

You have negotiated and delivered on complex, high-value partnerships supporting the military, with a portfolio exceeding $50M.
You have 10+ years of experience in a high-velocity, cross-functional leadership role
You have 5+ years of direct experience working with or selling into the US military and/or major system integrators.
You are humble but relentlessly proactive. You don't need someone to tell you to move, and no task is too small or beneath you. You bring a just-get-it-done mindset to work every day.
You are comfortable communicating broadly and having a lot of eyes on your work. This role can at-times require comms to large groups and senior leadership. This should excite you!
You possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance with ability to receive TS/SCI

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver on a partnership strategy: Define the types of partnerships we will prioritize and then go make it real. We aren't looking for someone to just write down a good partnership approach, we need someone with experience delivering on that approach and who is willing to roll up their sleeves, merge their prior experience with Anduril's culture, and deliver tangible results.
Identify partners and structure partnerships: Identify, prioritize, and vet potential partners based on technical fit, cultural fit, program access, and other relevant criteria. Lead the end-to-end negotiation of partnership agreements. Drive a significant portion of the CW's revenue and pipeline growth through joint go-to-market initiatives and successful integration into key proposals.
Partner management and delivery: Serve as the primary executive for our partners, ensuring clear communication, alignment on technical roadmaps, and overall success. Work closely with the internal teams to ensure our technology roadmap aligns with the long-term needs and oversee the team actually delivering on the ground to make the partnership real and valuable. Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for our partner relationships.
