Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, enablement, or related roles within a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience building and scaling partner enablement programs from the ground up
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Proven ability to network effectively and develop trusted relationships with large, multinational consulting partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of creating clear, effective training content
  • A data-informed, operational mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
  • Strong technical curiosity and fluency, with the ability to understand SaaS products, integrations, and workflows well enough to enable partners effectively and translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance
  • A strong ownership mindset, with a bias toward action and accountability, taking initiative to identify gaps, solve problems, and drive partner success end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing education, and performance readiness
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and scaled partners to drive adoption and long-term success
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, training decks, documentation, and certifications
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to align messaging and enablement efforts
  • Measure partner health and effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously improve enablement programs

  • Base salary range for this position: $130,000-$150,000. Target OTE: $200,000 (annually based on experience and location)
