About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Director of Partner Marketing to lead and evolve our global partner marketing function. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, alliances, and revenue—owning the strategy and execution of programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You’ll work closely with our partner, sales, and product teams to activate a high-performing ecosystem that including but not limited to GSIs, SIs, consulting PE, GPO, advisory, and software partners.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong focus on partner or ecosystem marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline through partners in a complex sales environment
  • Deep experience working with partners including: GSIs, SIs, consulting PE, GPO, advisory, software, and consulting partners
  • Strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market motions, including co-selling
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring partner contribution to revenue
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders, co-workers, managers and/or clients across the world.

  • Experience in HCM, payroll, or workforce management technology
  • Familiarity with PRM tools and partner lifecycle management

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the global partner marketing strategy aligned to company growth priorities
  • Build scalable programs that drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
  • Segment and prioritize partners with tailored go-to-market approaches
  • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with top-tier partners
  • Launch co-branded, integrated campaigns that generate pipeline
  • Partner with growth marketing to ensure partner motions are embedded into global campaigns
  • Create toolkits, playbooks, and campaign-in-a-box programs for partners
  • Enable partners with messaging, positioning, and product updates
  • Drive adoption of partner marketing programs through strong communication and incentives
  • Partner with Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to align priorities
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison for the partner organization
  • Influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across regions
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for partner marketing impact
  • Track and report on pipeline contribution, ROI, and partner engagement
  • Optimize programs based on performance insights and partner feedback
  • Build and lead a high-performing partner marketing team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
