The company is scaling rapidly across DTC, showrooms, and retail partners. This role is for a Director of Paid Social within the Marketing team, reporting to the Vice President of Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will lead paid social efforts end-to-end, with expertise in Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and Pinterest. They should be data-driven, focused on testing and optimization, and understand how paid social integrates with the broader media mix across DTC, retail showrooms, and wholesale channels. This is an individual contributor role that involves directing agency partners and collaborating cross-functionally.
