About The Position

At BMI, we're building a performance-built HR organization that enables business growth through exceptional leadership, strong culture and world class employee experiences. As BMI continues to expand globally, we are investing in modern people practices that balance innovation, compliance and business partnership. BMI is seeking an exceptional, strategic, and hands-on Director, Organizational Health & Employee Relations to shape employee experience, strengthen leadership capability, and build a workplace culture where people and the business thrive together. This is a high-impact, high-visibility individual contributor role designed for a builder and change agent, someone who is energized by rolling up their sleeves, solving complex business challenges, and driving enterprise-wide influence through business impact rather than positional authority. Far more than a traditional employee relations role, this leader will architect BMI's enterprise approach to organizational health by integrating proactive employee relations, leadership consulting, organizational diagnostics, workforce insights, and employment compliance into a cohesive strategy that enables business performance and sustainable global growth. Working in close partnership with business leaders, HR Business Partners, Legal, and HR Operations, this role will help create the conditions where leaders and teams consistently perform at their best. By leveraging data, organizational insights, AI-enabled workforce intelligence, and practical business acumen. The Director will identify emerging risks, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and design scalable people practices that foster trust, accountability, and high-performing teams. This leader believes the best employee relations strategy is building great leaders, healthy teams, and organizations where challenges are prevented through strong leadership rather than reactive intervention. This is a rare opportunity to redefine how Organizational Health creates business value by helping leaders build stronger teams, accelerate performance, and shape the future of BMI.
