About The Position

Lead operations for outpatient imaging centers, ensuring efficient staffing, equipment utilization, workflow optimization, and exceptional patient and physician experiences. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, variance analysis, cost-containment initiatives, revenue growth strategies, and operational planning. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, quality programs, and patient safety initiatives while driving continuous process improvement. Develop, mentor, and lead Clinical Managers, Modality Coordinators, and support teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. Partner with executive leadership, physicians, IT, PACS/RIS teams, vendors, and community stakeholders to implement new technologies, support strategic growth initiatives, and strengthen external relationships.

Requirements

  • 7 – 10+ years of experience in healthcare management or 10 years of equivalent training experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare preferred (business or related field).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, radiology imaging, RIS/PACS systems, and clinical workflows, with the ability to build credibility across clinical, operational, and leadership teams.
  • Proven leadership, team-building, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive strategic initiatives to successful outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with sound decision-making skills and a focus on delivering high-quality, timely results.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical and operational concepts to diverse audiences.
