The Director of Internship Operations & Systems, reporting to the Dean, Internship & Career Center, provides strategic and operational leadership for the systems, processes, technology, data, and assessment infrastructure that support the Internship & Career Center's experiential learning and career initiatives. The Director is responsible for the effective design, implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of department-wide internship operations and technology systems. This position serves as the Center's primary leader for technology and operational systems, ensuring that processes are efficient, data is accurate and accessible, systems are effectively utilized, and stakeholders receive appropriate training and support. The Director works collaboratively with students, faculty, academic leadership, staff, employer partners, internship sites, and institutional offices including Information Technology, the Research Center, and Communications & Marketing. The position leads cross-functional initiatives, develops and maintains operational standards and procedures, analyzes data and outcomes, and makes recommendations to departmental leadership regarding technology, processes, reporting, and continuous improvement. Through effective operational leadership and data-informed decision-making, the Director helps ensure consistent and high-quality internship processes, meaningful assessment of career and experiential learning outcomes, effective use of technology, and clear communication of Endicott's experiential learning model and student success.
