About The Position

The Director, Operations Support & Planning is responsible for leading the strategic planning, operational readiness, and enterprise planning functions that enable Signature Aviation's global Operations organization to execute against business priorities. This role serves as a key strategic partner to Operations leadership, aligning operational capacity, organizational resources, technology initiatives, and cross-functional programs to support sustainable growth and operational excellence. The Director establishes the governance, planning disciplines, and operating rhythms that ensure operational initiatives are prioritized, resourced, and executed effectively across the enterprise. Working closely with executive leaders across Operations, Workforce Optimization, Technology, HR, Finance, Safety, and Learning, this leader develops both short- and long-term operational strategies that balance business demand with organizational capacity while improving execution, scalability, and field readiness. This role is responsible for creating visibility into enterprise operational priorities, identifying resource constraints before they impact execution, and ensuring field teams have the tools, processes, and support necessary to successfully implement company initiatives. The Director also leads continuous improvement efforts that strengthen operational effectiveness, simplify field operations, and enhance the customer experience.
