The Last Mile Delivery Platform team builds the Spark Driver App and the programs that help drivers choose Walmart consistently—delivering great customer outcomes at scale. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Trust & Safety to translate enterprise commitments into driver-facing experiences and measurable performance. This role is central to how we grow and modernize driver value: shaping rewards, communications, and partnerships that strengthen retention, support Walmart+ growth, and improve delivery quality across the network. Lead the strategy and scale of Spark’s Driver Rewards—one of the biggest levers to retain and engage the drivers who power Walmart’s Last Mile Delivery. As Director of Driver Loyalty & Rewards, you’ll own a multi-year roadmap and a six-pillar organization spanning tier architecture, metrics governance, partnerships, innovation, and in-app engagement. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, influencing senior leaders while building a program that improves driver retention, Perfect Order Rate, and Last Mile Delivery P&L outcomes.
