This role focuses on driving operational excellence through workflow optimization, performance management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ability to support leadership teams as well as collaborate and influence other key leaders within operations is crucial. This role is especially critical given the complexity and interdependencies across pharmacy fulfillment, patient experience, compliance, and technology. Key performance indicators include productivity, turnaround time, accuracy, service levels, and overall patient and colleague experience.
