About The Position
The Director works closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to analyze manufacturing processes, lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, troubleshoot operational challenges, and improve manufacturing performance. In addition to leading the Quality Control function, this position personally manages improvement projects, facilitates problem-solving activities, validates process changes, develops performance metrics, and ensures sustainable results through standardized processes and employee development.
