About The Position

As an Aerospace Operating System (AOS) Site Leader here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will be a critical leader in the development and site-wide deployment for the Aerospace Operating System (AOS), driving the transformation of operational performance across the site or multi sites. You will partner closely with Site Leader and AOS Global Operations Leader to establish the AOS roadmap, align strategic priorities, and enable scalable implementation across functions within the site including but not exclusive to planning, materials, sourcing, and quality. As the key thought leader and change agent, this individual will coach leaders, drive method development and continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes spanning procurement, planning, production, distribution, and logistics to support long-term growth, operational efficiency, and cultural transformation.

Requirements

• Experience in operational excellence or a similar role.
• Experience in developing and deploying operating systems.
• Experience in driving operational performance transformation.
• Experience in partnering with leadership to establish roadmaps and align strategic priorities.
• Experience in implementing scalable solutions across various functions.
• Experience in coaching leaders.
• Experience in driving method development and continuous improvement.
• Experience in optimizing supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of procurement, planning, production, distribution, and logistics.
