Requirements

  • Bachelors of Nursing, upon hire or Bachelors of Healthcare Administration or related field, upon hire
  • 4-6 years of related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/skills
  • Three years in a supervisory or management capacity

Responsibilities

  • Oversees clinical operations for multiple oncology locations, including specialty oncology, infusion operations, radiation oncology, supportive services, and associated oncology services across the care continuum.
  • Plans, directs, and delivers clinical services for the assigned submarket within the NW region oncology service line.
  • Develops and manages operating and capital budgets.
  • Analyzes current and new service delivery models to develop change recommendations.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors quality improvement initiatives to enhance and streamline current processes.
  • Establishes and ensures that all overall objectives relating to consistency of standards and customer service are achieved.
  • Directly supervises staff.
  • Collaborates closely with Physician Enterprise, hospital leadership, and other oncology operations directors within the market.
