Okta Threat Intelligence delivers timely, relevant, and actionable insights to customers and contributes to public conversations about identity-based attacks. This role focuses on the intersection of identity-based attacks and agentic AI, requiring strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with cyber domain knowledge.

Requirements

A degree in a relevant field would be beneficial but is not strictly required. We value real-world experience and demonstrable skills and influence in the cyber domain.
Evidence of strong written communication and presentation skills.
Evidence of strong data analysis and scripting skills (predominantly using SQL and Python).
Demonstrable use of AI workflows or agents to accelerate research and analysis.
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

Gather intelligence requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Collaborate with product engineering and security teams to anonymize, aggregate, and derive threat-related insights from platform data.
Identify and research emerging or novel identity-based threats to produce actionable intelligence for customers and the broader community.
Coordinate the distribution of finished intelligence, seeking new and creative ways to make insights more accessible and actionable for customers and partners.
Brief Okta’s strategic customers about the threat environment and handle inbound inquiries.
Measure the impact of intelligence and analysis products on customer adoption and secure configuration.
