The Director of the Office of Extended Learning-Programming, as part of the Teaching Transformation and Development Academy (TTaDA), provides strategic leadership for the entire department, including development and growth of the university’s continuing education programs, ensuring alignment with UND’s strategic plan, workforce demands, and emerging trends in lifelong learning. This position is responsible for leading, overseeing, guiding, and administering all of the non-credit programming within the Office, which currently consists of Conferences, Camps and Events; the Nutrition and Foodservice Training Program; Professional Development for Educators; Personal and Professional Development; Community Classes, and Certificate and Micro-Credential Programs; as well as the Self-Paced Enroll Anytime Program. Working in collaboration with the coordinators of each program, the Director ensures revenue generation and sustainability through the development and expansion of new and existing programs, workforce partnerships, and alternative learning pathways.
