Serves as a senior strategic advisor reporting directly to the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education, providing high-level leadership on select undergraduate education initiatives that require deep institutional knowledge, long-term continuity, and faculty governance fluency. This role is intentionally scoped to special projects and strategic advising, not day-to-day operational management of OUE. Will offer guidance on undergraduate education priorities, long range planning, and institutional positioning. It leads select high level special projects that require cross campus credibility and faculty governance expertise, while providing counsel on how major initiatives should be framed and advanced through stakeholder structures. The position supports the development of executive briefs and planning documents, contributes historical and institutional continuity to multi year efforts, and advises on emerging opportunities, risks, and policy implications. It also informs OUE Council discussions by assessing alignment, feasibility, and sustainability, and assists with external benchmarking and national best practice analysis.
