The Director of Special Projects is a dynamic, utility-player role designed to support Leadership Roundtable's most critical organizational priorities. The Director of Special Projects will have a dual reporting line to both the Senior Director and the Executive Partner. As such, s/he will serve as the central operational liaison for executive leadership — helping to coordinate key workstreams, facilitate communication and follow-through, and ensure the affairs of the executive team run smoothly. In addition to this coordinating role, the Director of Special Projects takes ownership of key functions spanning convenings and events, development support, and special organizational initiatives as they arise. The ideal candidate exhibits strong problem-solving abilities, and will possess excellent communication skills to ensure the seamless execution of special projects that advance Leadership Roundtable’s strategic objectives and long-term vision. This is a director-level position suited for a highly organized and adaptable nonprofit professional who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional roles and is equally comfortable driving strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. This position is full-time and remote, with travel required for events and convenings.
