The Director of Undergraduate Business Career Development within the Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills provides strategic leadership for a comprehensive career development unit dedicated to supporting business students in making informed post-graduate career decisions. The position advances career readiness and exploration by delivering high-impact resources, programs, and experiential opportunities. This role is responsible for enhancing, organizing, and implementing initiatives that support the career exploration and professional development of undergraduate Business students and recent Business alumni. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven collaborative ability, a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and exceptional leadership, interpersonal, organizational, written, and critical-thinking skills. This position reports to the Director of the Center for Career Readiness and Life Skills, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Executive Director of Undergraduate Programs within the School of Business.
