This is a multifaceted Director role focused on clinical training, professional development, supervision, mentorship, compliance, quality assurance, and special projects/clinical consulting within an ABA setting. The position involves directing and refining company-wide training programs for Intensive Behavior Technicians (IBTs), designing a "Consultant-in-Training" curriculum for Masters-level staff, and developing an internal CEU program. The Director will also oversee the supervision lifecycle, manage academic partnerships, and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for supervision and education. A key aspect is ensuring compliance in clinical writing, treatment plan submissions, and maintaining records integrity. Additionally, the role includes acting as a lead consultant for complex cases, reporting on service quality to the Clinical Leadership Team, and proactively identifying risks.
