About The Position

Thomas College seeks a highly organized and collaborative professional to lead implementation of a five-year U.S. Department of Education Title III Strengthening Institutions Program initiative focused on artificial intelligence, curriculum transformation, faculty development, and applied-learning infrastructure. The position is grant funded and subject to continued federal Title III funding. Reporting to the Provost, the Director manages day-to-day project implementation, coordinates Activity Directors and project personnel, maintains the master work plan and budget, monitors federal compliance, oversees documentation and reporting, coordinates evaluation activities, and serves as the primary operational liaison with the U.S. Department of Education. Thomas College is located in Waterville, Maine, and emphasizes innovation, career readiness, community partnerships, student belonging, and preparation for success in a changing world.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least three years of relevant experience in higher education, grant administration, sponsored programs, or complex project management.
Highly organized and collaborative professional.
