The Director of Sales and Asset Monetization is the executive leader responsible for the entire revenue engine of the ITAD division. Reporting directly to the ITAD EVP, you will sit on the divisional leadership team and own the Asset Acquisitions & Sales function on our Accountability Chart. This role requires a highly strategic visionary who understands the full lifecycle of secondary-market IT hardware. You are the architect of our arbitrage and remarketing engine. You will dictate our sourcing strategy to buy the right equipment, and you will design our omnichannel distribution strategy to sell it through the most profitable avenues. A major focus of this role will be spearheading the strategic expansion of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital brand, particularly through a comprehensive evolution of our Shopify platform. You will Lead, Manage, and hold Accountable (LMA) a core team, while actively designing and building out the future organizational structure required to scale the division.
