About The Position

The Director of Technical Account Management, Customer Success is a leadership role within a DLP AI Cybersecurity Provider. This position focuses on ensuring enterprise clients trust the company's platform to protect their critical data. The role involves onboarding global teams, preventing data leaks, and demonstrating the platform's return on investment to CISOs. The individual will act as a point of contact during critical security incidents and translate real-world cyber risks into product requirements. The position is full-time and primarily remote within the US, with travel required.

Requirements

  • Cyber Empathy at Scale: Ability to understand both the SOC and boardroom perspectives.
  • DLP AI Ninja: Proficiency in tuning policies and calming frantic stakeholders.
  • Relationship Fortifier: Skill in turning a single point of contact into an internal advocate.
  • Threat Data Bloodhound: Ability to identify exfiltration patterns.
  • Cyber Storyteller: Capability to present complex data in an engaging manner.
  • Experience with DLP AI platform, Gainsight, Notion, Loom, and Linear.
  • Ability to travel 30% for customer engagements and 'DLP War Rooms'.

  • Cybersecurity Scar Tissue: Experience having lived through a breach postmortem or successfully prevented one.

Responsibilities

  • Master the DLP AI Engine, including tuning policies, debugging false positives, and briefing CISOs.
  • Orchestrate Zero-Friction Onboarding processes to get the DLP AI platform live and enforcing policies within 30 days.
  • Monitor customer cyber health using real-time signals to predict and prevent churn.
  • Gather and funnel frontline cybersecurity feedback to the product team to influence the DLP AI roadmap.
  • Hire, train, and manage a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure customer success.
  • Partner with Engineering to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve DLP gaps.
  • Travel to customer sites for workshops, dinners, and to close deals on DLP AI deployments.
