About The Position

We’re looking for a strategic, high-impact Director of Talent Acquisition to own and scale all recruiting efforts across our Corporate and Specialty departments, including IT, Marketing, Inside Sales Leadership, Customer Care, and other key functions. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and leading the entire talent acquisition function. You’ll partner directly with executive leadership, develop recruiting leaders, and ensure our hiring strategy and execution can keep pace with aggressive company growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience recruiting for corporate and specialty roles (IT, Marketing, Customer Care, Sales Leadership, etc.)
  • Deep sourcing expertise, with a track record of building high-quality pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to oversee multiple functions and priorities
  • Data-driven and results-oriented, with experience using metrics to drive strategy and performance
  • Comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level

Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee all recruiting efforts across corporate and specialty functions
  • Lead, develop, and scale a team of Talent Managers and recruiters
  • Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting strategy with business goals
  • Ensure all requisitions are prioritized, actively managed, and filled with urgency
  • Build and optimize sourcing strategies to create consistent, high-quality pipelines
  • Develop and implement recruiting processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure
  • Analyze hiring data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Drive accountability and performance across the recruiting team
  • Maintain a high bar for talent and a strong, consistent candidate experience
