About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Manager to lead recruiting efforts across our Corporate and Specialty departments, including IT, Marketing, Inside Sales Leadership, Customer Care, and other key functions. This is a player-coach role where you’ll lead and develop recruiters while also owning high-impact requisitions yourself. You’ll be responsible for keeping hiring organized, efficient, and aligned with the pace of our growth.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting for corporate or specialty roles (IT, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing experience, with the ability to proactively build pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Proven ability to lead or mentor recruiters in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Data-driven and results-oriented
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and hold a team of recruiters accountable to weekly/monthly hiring goals
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and specialty roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and move roles quickly
  • Ensure all requisitions are actively worked and pipelines stay full
  • Optimize sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels
  • Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive performance
  • Maintain a strong, consistent candidate experience
