About The Position

Home Genius Exteriors is one of the fastest-growing home remodeling companies in the U.S., scaling from $3M to $290M+ in just six years. Our mission is simple: to deliver a different experience to both homeowners and our employees. With plans to expand nationwide by 2030, we’re continuing to build out a high-impact corporate infrastructure to support that growth. We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Manager to lead recruiting efforts across our Corporate and Specialty departments, including IT, Marketing, Inside Sales Leadership, Customer Care, and other key functions. This is a player-coach role where you’ll lead and develop recruiters while also owning high-impact requisitions yourself. You’ll be responsible for keeping hiring organized, efficient, and aligned with the pace of our growth.

Requirements

Experience recruiting for corporate or specialty roles (IT, Marketing, Customer Care, etc.)
Strong sourcing experience, with the ability to proactively build pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
Proven ability to lead or mentor recruiters in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Data-driven and results-oriented
Comfortable operating in a high-growth, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and hold a team of recruiters accountable to weekly/monthly hiring goals
Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and specialty roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and move roles quickly
Ensure all requisitions are actively worked and pipelines stay full
Optimize sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other channels
Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive performance
Maintain a strong, consistent candidate experience
