About The Position
This is a new role due to company growth at a growing Technology company. The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead all aspects of recruitment for the company. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing a variety of Talent Acquisition programs and processes to attract top-tier talent across the company’s corporate office and business units. A particular focus will be on all aspects of executive recruitment. This position will lead the company’s global Talent Acquisition team and work closely with company leaders as an advisor on all aspects of Talent Acquisition. It is described as a strategic/hands-on role.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within technology staffing, professional staffing, executive search firms and/or technology companies
- Strategic and hands-on style
- Proven expertise hiring senior-level talent (i.e., VP-level and above), in fast-paced, growth-oriented technology services, consulting, staffing, or similar environments
- Creative/innovative mindset
- Experience building Talent Acquisition recruiting processes/programs, talent communities/pools, scalable search practices, etc.
