Scope of Role: The Directors of TA are accountable for driving overall success of recruitment delivery across their respective regions within a hybrid TA model. They must operate with agility, flexibility and a nimble approach, continuously adjusting team structures and resources to meet the recruitment demands of Arms evolving business requirements. They ensure clarity of roles, effective collaboration, and alignment with global business needs while maintaining strong governance and oversight of all recruitment delivery activities. As part of the TA leadership team, they work closely with each other [within P&D] and the other TA pillars to ensure alignment and effective execution of recruitment strategies. The TA Directors role ensures alignment with the Arms overall objectives and workforce planning needs. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement region [and agreed division] recruitment strategies aligned with global business priorities
  • Drive innovation and process improvement within a hybrid TA model to ensure best practices
  • Embed DEI principles into all aspects of TA Partnership and Delivery ensuring alignment with the wider TA strategy (and wider Arm goals) and compliance with global standards
  • Serve as trusted advisors to business leaders, ensuring talent strategies meet Arms goals
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior leadership to assess workforce needs and develop strategic talent pipelines that support business objectives
  • Own end-to-end accountability for TA delivery in their region [and agreed divisions], ensuring alignment with global strategies
  • Take responsibility for achieving hiring targets, quality benchmarks, and a seamless user experience.
  • Act as the central point of ownership for aligning all recruitment activities within the region [and agreed divisions], including escalations and issues resolution
  • Championing DEI initiatives, ensuring inclusive hiring practices across all regions
  • Build and maintain a compelling employer brand to attract top talent internally and externally
  • Optimize vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and quality recruitment solutions
  • Ensure effective use of recruitment technologies to streamline and enhance recruitment process
  • Establish and lead strong meeting governance within the Partnership and Delivery (TA) pillar to ensure alignment, clarity and accountability
  • Define and communicate roles and responsibilities clearly across in-house recruiters, RPO partners and relevant stakeholders
  • Drive consistency in recruitment processes across regions, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences while improving recruitment efficiency
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to agreed workflows, SLA's and KPI's
  • Collaborate consistently with relevant stakeholders to forecast talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Integrate WFP insights into recruitment delivery to ensure the right talent is sourced at the right time
  • Ensure alignment between recruitment activities and broader wfp goals, including early careers, contingent workforce and succession planning
  • Partner closely with Experience & Engagement to leverage, data, reporting, process optimization, branding management for recruitment delivery
  • Work with the future talent pillar to align recruitment efforts with early careers strategies and programs
  • Collaborate with the Director of External Workforce Solutions to ensure seamless management and alignment of contingent labor strategies, meeting Arms broader workforce needs.
  • Actively contribute to the TA leadership team, ensuring all pillars have the necessary input and context to support regional recruitment goals
  • Ensure open communication and alignment withing the TALT, contributing to global TA strategy.
  • Treat fellow P&D colleagues as key stakeholders and collaborate as directors to align strategies, share insights and solve challenges together - bring in other TALT members at appropriate times
  • Prioritize open communication, mutual respect and a shared vision to ensure consistent delivery
  • Serve as trusted advisors to business leaders, ensuring talent strategies meets Arms needs
  • Act as a liaison between global and regional stakeholders to align strategies and address business needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of 6(+) fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability
  • Provide training and development opportunities to build a high-performing, agile team
  • Set clear goals and expectations, conduct MyImpact conversations and provide in the moment constructive feedback
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with RPO providers to drive performance and ensure seamless integration into the recruitment ecosystem
  • Use data driven insights to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement in delivery
  • Drive process improvements in collaboration with other TA pillars to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Champion a global culture of accountability, ownership and high performance within the team
  • Stay informed on recruitment industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the TA team, encouraging the adoption of innovative sourcing methods, technologies and processes
