We're seeking a strategic leader to drive our talent acquisition efforts during this transformative period. You'll be joining a dynamic and highly motivated team with one goal: "Get quality and secure solutions in the customers hands as soon as possible”. The Director of Talent Acquisition will be a key member of the HR leadership team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to support our rapid growth. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role will lead a team of recruiters, focusing on attracting top-tier talent across various functions. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling recruitment operations in high-growth environments, emphasizing diversity, efficiency, and employer branding. The Director of Talent Acquisition also plays a vital role in ensuring a positive candidate experience, from the initial application process through to onboarding, fostering a strong employer-employee relationship. By strategically managing the talent acquisition process, these professionals contribute significantly to building a skilled, motivated, and diverse workforce, which is crucial for our organization's success and growth.
