About The Position
The Director of Talent Acquisition for the Mortgage sector will lead and oversee all recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top-tier talent within mortgage-related roles. Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the finance or mortgage industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for mortgage or financial services roles at various levels.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in the United States.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
