We’re looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and forward thinking Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our high growth recruiting function and shape the future of our workforce. This is a strategic and highly visible role responsible for building a best in class talent engine—one that scales with speed, quality, and an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll oversee a high volume Talent Acquisition team, drive workforce planning across the organization, and lead recruitment marketing initiatives that elevate our employer brand. You’ll also personally manage executive level searches, partnering closely with senior leadership to secure top-tier talent. Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success leading high‑volume recruiting teams in a fast‑growth environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing executive‑level searches.
  • Strong background in workforce planning and recruitment marketing.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Experience with modern TA technologies and sourcing tools, including Workday.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing, high‑volume Talent Acquisition team.
  • Continuously improve scalable recruiting processes, tools, and workflows that support rapid organizational growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with executive leadership and department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop long‑term workforce plans.
  • Translate business goals into actionable talent strategies.
  • Use data and analytics to anticipate trends, optimize capacity, and guide decision‑making.
  • Manage full‑cycle executive and senior‑level searches with professionalism, discretion, and a strong understanding of leadership competencies.
  • Build trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior leaders to align on talent needs and selection criteria.
  • Ensure a high‑touch, white‑glove experience for executive candidates.
  • Lead recruitment marketing initiatives to attract diverse, high‑quality talent.
  • Partner with Marketing/Communications to strengthen employer brand presence across digital channels, job boards, and social media.
  • Develop campaigns, content, and events that showcase our culture and career opportunities.
  • Refine and optimize Workday Recruitment Module and sourcing technologies.
  • Track and report on key TA metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations.
  • Manage budgeting and cost controls for the talent acquisition department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
