Director of System Facilities Operations
About The Position
The System Director of Facilities Operations, this role will oversee and optimize UC Health ’s operational activities which include Plant Operations & Maintenance, Clinical Engineering, Central Supply Services, and Service Response throughout the system, while reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. This position will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, implementing efficient processes, and provide strategic leadership and direction to the Campus Operations department, aligning its goals with their overall mission. With a strong focus on operational strategy and resource management, this position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and maximize profitability.
