About The Position

Glastender, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of custom bar and restaurant equipment, is accepting resumes for a Director of Supply Chain . The Director of Supply Chain is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain function, including purchasing, materials management, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations. This role plans, directs, and controls activities related to the procurement and movement of raw materials, purchased components, tools, equipment, and services that support manufacturing and overall business operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, along with 8–10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership skills are essential, including the ability to build effective teams, improve processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives. Why Join Us? Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 8–10 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build effective teams, improve processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives

Responsibilities

• Strategic oversight of purchasing and supplier relationships
• Leadership of materials planning, inventory accuracy, and material flow
• Management of shipping/receiving and warehouse operations, including logistics efficiency and accuracy
• Development and execution of supply chain strategies that support production, cost, quality, and delivery goals
• Leading, developing, and aligning supply chain teams to meet operational and strategic targets
