Beecher's Handmade Cheese is looking for a builder to lead their end-to-end supply chain. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building the systems, processes, and partnerships needed to support a growing business. The role involves driving results, making a visible impact, building scalable solutions, and shaping operational processes. The company emphasizes moving quickly, solving problems, and expecting leaders to actively contribute rather than just manage.

Requirements

7+ years of progressive Supply Chain or Operations leadership in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods.
Experience leading S&OP, logistics, and supplier management.
Experience supporting new product launches.
Success in a growing business where leaders are expected to both lead and do.
Confidence making decisions without a large support organization.
Experience with ERP systems, planning tools, analytics, and Excel.
A passion for building systems, developing people, and continuously improving how a business operates.

Nice To Haves

AI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Supply Chain, including S&OP, inventory, customer service, logistics, warehousing, and co-manufacturer relationships.
Partner cross-functionally to successfully launch new products and transition them into ongoing operations.
Improve ERP processes, planning tools, AI capabilities, and business systems.
Drive performance across service, forecast accuracy, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance.
Build strong partnerships with co-manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, and key suppliers.
Develop your team while creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Balance strategy with execution, improving long-term processes while solving day-to-day operational challenges.
