About The Position

Join Millennium Print Group as our next Director of Supply Chain! We are looking for a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee sourcing, procurement, supplier partnerships, and accounts payable operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will play a key part in driving supply chain strategy, improving operational performance, and supporting long-term business growth through quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
  • Experience working within ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ISO/QMS standards and manufacturing compliance practices preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management activities across the organization
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies focused on cost optimization, supplier performance, and risk reduction
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms
  • Oversee procurement and accounts payable functions to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive corrective or improvement initiatives as needed
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across supply chain operations
  • Proactively assess and mitigate supply chain risks to support business continuity
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, and other internal teams
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
