Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Materials, Business Management.
15+ years experience leading teams with experience in production planning and materials management in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
Experience with supply chain management implementation.
Willingness to travel (<25%).

Responsibilities

Lead the SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) process: Ensuring alignment across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and optimize business performance.
Gather and analyze data to support accurate demand forecasting.
Drive customer satisfaction through improved service levels.
Reduce inventory costs by aligning forecasts with actual demand.
Enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.
Execute material requirements planning and production scheduling.
Manage inventory to balance availability and cost efficiency.
Optimize resource utilization and mitigate supply chain risks.
Develop and present key performance indicators KPIs) related to demand and supply planning.
Prepare and deliver reports to senior executives, highlighting KPIs, trends and actionable recommendations.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Demand Forecasting, Production Planning and Materials professionals and build strong teams that thrive in collaboration, teamwork and continuous improvement.
