Onondaga Community College, located in Syracuse, NY, is a college of the State University of New York (SUNY) system and one of 30 locally sponsored community colleges throughout New York State. Onondaga County is our sponsor. We offer two-year degree programs that serve as transfer opportunities to baccalaureate degree programs at four-year campuses or for direct entry to the workforce. The Director of Students' Rights, Responsibilities and Residence Life is responsible for leadership of the College's residence life program and services related to student conduct. The Director is responsible for facilitating a residential living and learning environment that supports student retention and success. The Director will work with staff to develop students holistically through educational programming while maintaining a safe and engaging living and learning environment. The Director will lead this department (with two functional areas) and is responsible for the recruitment, selection, professional development/training, and evaluation of all staff members.
